Attributes
Every Region starts with three Attributes. These attributes reflect the natural resources of the region, as well as the potential artisans or laborers create goods and products.
The three attributes are Industry, Agriculture and Commerce.
Industry - Quarries, Mines, Blacksmiths, Carpenters, Potters.
Agriculture - Farms, Livestock, Leather, Wool, Forestry.
Commerce - Luxury goods, Rare metals, Jewellers, Tailors, Trade route potential.
Attributes are used to calculate the Resources a region can produce, which are used to pay for actions in Rulers and for Upkeep costs.
Creating Attributes for Regions
When you are setting up your game, give each region a value for each of the three attributes.
- For Neutral and NPC regions roll 2d3 for each attribute and take the higher value.
1d3 - Roll a d6 and halve the value
(1-2 = 1 | 3-4 = 2 | 5-6 = 3)
- For player controlled regions, give them 6 points to spend across all 3 attributes at Realm creation, at a ratio of 1:1.
No attribute can have a starting value higher than 3, or a starting value lower than 1.
Each Atttibute must be assigned to one of the four Locations in a Region.
